Eric Little is a native of LaHarpe, Illinois, where he continues to live on and operate the family farm. Eric earned his real estate broker license and joined the Century 21 Purdum- Epperson Inc. brokerage in March 2015. He was a Century 21 Ruby award winner in 2017 and 2018.

Eric graduated from LaHarpe High School and earned his degree from Western Illinois University in 1995. He purchased and assumed operation of his family’s 50-year-old plumbing, heating, and electrical business and continued it for 16 more years. During that time he and his staff served residential and commercial customers throughout Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, and Warren counties. He then worked in the Macomb area for 4 years as HVAC manager for Hollister Home Center before starting his real estate career.

Eric has served on the board of the LaHarpe Hospital Association, as past president of the LaHarpe Golden Rule Club, and past president of the LaHarpe Lions Club. He is currently the treasurer for the LaHarpe Christian Church, involved with the Boy Scouts of America Troop 138, and the LaHarpe Four Leaf Clovers 4H club. Hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, driving Jeep trails all over the country, and cooking. Eric and his wife Jenni have two sons.

Eric’s vast experience with agriculture, home construction and maintenance gives him a unique perspective in the real estate market. He looks forward to the opportunity to share this knowledge with his clients to meet their real estate buying and selling needs.

Haley Dixon is a native of rural Colchester, Illinois, where she resides on the family farm. Haley earned her real estate broker license and joined Crossroads Real Estate in September 2020. 

 

Haley graduated from Southeastern High School in Augusta, Illinois, and is an alumnus of Western Illinois University. She returned to the Colchester area in 2017 after serving as the executive director of a therapeutic horseback riding organization in Spokane, WA, and earning a master’s degree from Boise State University.

As a former advertising account executive for the Quincy Herald-Whig, and current marketing professional for The Legacy Theater in Carthage, Illinois, Haley brings valuable experience to the Crossroads Real Estate team. Haley operates several farms south of Colchester, adding agricultural experience to her bank of knowledge. She has a passion for interior design utilizing reclaimed architectural materials, and enjoys designing various building projects with her father, Stan Dixon.

 

Haley serves on the advisory board for The Salvation Army of Macomb, is a member of the Plymouth Women’s Circle and the McDonough County Farm Bureau. Haley truly has a passion for helping people. She looks forward to the opportunity to share her skills and experience with clients to meet their real estate buying and selling needs.

Coming from an extensive social services background, Jennifer is ready to turn her passion for helping others toward real estate. Jennifer is a native of central Illinois. Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University in 2002 and her masters degree from Missouri Baptist University in 2007. She has been serving people in her community for almost 20 years.

Jennifer lives in the Colchester area with her husband and two daughters.  When Jennifer isn't busy helping others, she enjoys crafting, reading and spending time outdoors with her family and friends. As a homeowner herself, Jennifer understands that your home is where you'll make memories that will last forever. Jennifer's hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm for helping radiates through everything she does.  Jennifer is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.

As a Land Specialist and Broker, Skyler Pence serves Crossroads Real Estate clients interested in selling or buying land and any property primarily in West Central Illinois. Skyler is dedicated to guiding and supporting clients in their farm, ranch, and recreational ground real estate needs. Skyler was born and raised in the area he serves, growing up with firsthand experience farming and hunting the fertile grounds of West Central Illinois.  

 

In addition to working in the agricultural services industry, providing custom chemical application services, seed, and soil testing, Skyler and his brothers recently acquired their own farm ground and started a cattle operation. Skyler is experienced in farming and wildlife land management, including best practices in habitat development, soil erosion, and drainage design, all of which are essential to a buyer when looking for current land with long term production and investment potential.  

 

Skyler, his wife Mariah, and their three children enjoy farming, caring for the occasional bottle calf, and outdoor recreational activities.

With eight years of local real estate experience, Beth is ready to use her expertise to help with your home, land, and commercial real estate buying and selling needs.

 

Beth is a native of the Bushnell area. Beth lives in the Avon area with her husband Curt. 

When Beth isn't busy helping buyers and sellers, she also enjoys flower gardening, reading, and spending time with family and her animals. Beth is a member of Bushnell Women’s Club, Jolly 20, and Bushnell Birthday Club. She is also a member of the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church and enjoys volunteering at the Bushnell Swimming Pool concession stand.
